The Tilburg Marketing Thesis Award is an event organized by the chairman of Asset | Marketing in collaboration with the Department of Marketing. During this event, which most often takes place in the Markethings Week, the best Marketing Thesis is chosen. The event is mainly organized for students who are currently writing their master thesis.
The selected candidates will pitch their thesis to the jury in 5 minutes. The jury exists of one person of the business sector, one person of the department and a student from a research master.
After deliberation of the jury the winner will be announced. The winner of Tilburg will be the candidate for the Dutch Marketing Thesis Award (DMTA). This event is organized by the Marketing Associatie Nederland (MAN). During this event the seven candidates are in the running for the best thesis of the Netherlands. Other candidates come from Amsterdam, Groningen, Nijmegen, Nyenrode, Rotterdam, Maastricht and Tilburg.
The Dutch Marketing Thesis Awards is one of the six awards handed out during the Dutch Marketing Awards, which are hosted in collaboration with the NIMA. Last edition took place on March 19 2015. For more information about the Dutch Marketing Awards, visit www.dutchmarketingawards.nl.
