The Certificate of Extracurricular Excellence, shortly CoEE, is an initiative of study association Asset | Marketing, the marketing department of Tilburg University, and Career Services. Marketing Management and Marketing Analytics students can register themselves in order to participate in obtaining this certificate. The CoEE is proof that students participated in career orientation and professional and personal development besides their regular study program.
To take part in obtaining the certificate and earn points for visiting the previously determined events, students must first register themselves. This can be done by sending an email to secretary@asset-marketing.nl, in which the student states their name, student number, and Master programme(s) taken.
In order to obtain points for attending these events, you have to upload a pdf file that includes: a) a picture of yourself at the event, and b) a short summary of the event (about 5 lines) and a brief reflection on what you have learned during the event (about 4 lines). You can upload this document under assignments at the Career Development Marketing course on canvas. You have 5 working days for this after the event. If you miss this deadline, we can not grant you any points.
Students need to obtain 15 points before they are handed out the Certificate of Extracurricular Excellence. These can be earned by visiting various career orientation events, workshops and trainings.
